PLEASE ARRANGE A HOME SITE SURVEY

If you live too far away to visit one of our showroom, we can to arrange for our surveyor to visit you, and arrange a home survey, so you can be assured the hot tub you buy will be able to be delivered and placed where required. We can also advise you of any electrical requirements.

We will be able to assess your proposed location of your Hot tub or Spa, and advise you of any installation delivery difficulties. We can also show you all our design ideas to help you get the most from your new Hot Tub or Spa.

We will bring a selection of samples, including samples of the acylic shell and skirt materials, and the vinyl hard cover options, so you can see and feel the quality and choose what you want from our varied product range.

If you have paid a deposit on a "stocked hot tub", and it is subject to the product been placed into situation, we will refund any deposit paid in the unlikly event the the hot tub can not be delivered*.

When we are at your home we will be able to quote you a fully inclusive price and confirm when your hot tub will be delivered.
