The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Payment options - We accept Visa, MasterCard or Paypal for the payment online only, please confirm your order by paying £200.00 deposit. Then the order is confirmed with a further deposit equalling 100% of the total contract value must be credited within 7 days of purchase. Payments can be paid direct to our bank account.

Bankers drafts / bank Cheque's are accepted on orders received via internet.
Delivery - Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery of your hot tub. This will allow pre installation details to be followed through before delivery. We will always attempt to deliver before 12 weeks where possible. If you have a special order spa you will be advised at the point of order when your delivery will be taken place. You will be advised if your order is a special order.
If you require delivery then it is subject to access only and kerbside only. No undertaking shall be given to place the spa ordered into position. In the event that the item is damaged during delivery with an outside contractor then no liability will be taken by our company.
Insurance can can be arranged prior to delivery if requested by email from the client
Delivery is kerbside only, the cost of delivery is as follows -England & Wales £335.00 with 170 miles allowed, every additional mile is charged at £0.90 per mile and is calculated as round trip. -
collections are available FREE form collection charge from the unloading warehouse in felixstowe. If you would like to collect the item from our Hereford warehouse there is an additional charge of at £90.00.
Extra charges will apply if the spa is delivered from kerbside to spas final location. We also offer a final spa commissioning service.
Southwest spas Returns Policy - Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled and unused condition and in its original packing. Please contact us beforehand if you wish any help with this process.
Your right to cancel an order - The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. There will be collection charges applicable.
If you wish to cancel an order please e-mail sales@southwestspas.net and quote your order reference number.
Spas Returns - 'Goods returned for credit which have been authorised and returned in its original condition are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Spa's sent back in a damaged condition will be charged a higher charge. All returns must be PREPAID FREIGHT Please contact us prior to returning any goods for help and advise.
Spas Warranty - The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Southwest spas warrants the products it supplies, including all parts and components thereof, to be free of defects in material for a period of one year. The warranty does not apply if the failure is caused or contributed by any of the following: improper handling, improper storage, abuse, improper installation, unsuitable application, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance, or repairs made or attempted by other than authorised service centres or technicians.
Southwest spas will repair or replace, at its option, a part proven to be defective within the warranty period and under the condition of the warranty . Southwest spas is not responsible for the cost of removal of the unit, damages due to removal or installation, any shipping charges to or from the factory or the installation of a repaired or replacement unit.Please note that postage costs of replacement parts within the warranty are not included in the warranty, Replacement parts can ne collected free of charge.
Please note that failure to supply the recommended power will void the manufacturer's warranty . Very important - there is No labour warranty offered on the products, and this warranty is a one year replacement parts warranty unless otherwise stated. Please read our full warranty . No warranty given on floor models or seconds.
Ordering - All prices quoted are in sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 20.00% unless otherwise stated. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
