The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Payment options - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and switch. Cheques are accepted on orders received via mail.

Delivery - Please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery of Spa's. This will allow pre installation details to be followed through before delivery. We will always attempt to deliver before 10 weeks where possible. If you have a special order spa you will be advised at the point of order when your delivery will be taken place. You will be advised if your order is a special order. Delivery is subject to access only, and no undertaking shall be given to place the ordered item into position. In the event that the item is damaged during delivery no liaibility will be taken by the comany.

Southwest spas (uk) ltd  Returns Policy - Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Please contact us beforehand if you wish any help with this process. Your right to cancel an order - The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

Spas Returns - 'Goods returned for credit which have been authorised and returned in its original condition are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Spa's sent back in a damaged condition will be charged a slightly higher charge. All returns must be PREPAID FREIGHT Please contact us prior to returning any goods for help and advise.

Spas Warranty - The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Southwest spas Ltd warrants the products it supplies, including all parts and components thereof, to be free of defects in material  for a period of one year. The warranty does not apply if the failure is caused or contributed by any of the following: improper handling, improper storage, abuse, improper installation, unsuitable application, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance, or repairs made or attempted by other than authorised service centres or technicians. Southwest spas Ltd will repair or replace, at its option, a unit proven to be defective within the warranty period and under the condition of the warranty . Southwest spas Ltd is not responsible for the cost of removal of the unit, damages due to removal or installation, any shipping charges to or from the factory or the installation of a repaired or replacement unit. Please note that failure to supply the recommended power will void the manufacturer's warranty . No labour warranty is offered on the products, and this warranty is a one year replacement parts warranty unless otherwise stated. Please read our full warranty . No warranty given on floor models or seconds.

Ordering - All prices quoted are in sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

A. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.
